Surface-based template for hippunfold, with updated smoothing-based gyrification index (sGI) for gyrification. Based on tissue dseg and subfield segmentations from OSF with a fix made for swapping dentate src/sink labels (9 vs 10) to agree with template-injection and hippls model segmentations. This version is run with ants parameters optimized using leave-one-out cross-validation for average subfield Dice overlap.
