The Health and Development Committee of Grafton Municipal Council issued policies and decisions on a wide range of issues including construction and repair, street lighting, transport and parking, sporting and community clubs, and waste removal. The Minutes were created at least once per month and recorded chronologically. Custody History These books were in the custody of Clarence Valley Council until 18 August 2005 when they were transferred to the University of New England and Regional Archives.Physical Characteristics The material comprises 20 bound volumes.
