transcriptome of Uncarria rhynchophylla hooks and inflorescences

Hooks are major medicinal parts of U. rhynchophylla. As the number of hooks along the stem is one of the important agronomic traits for Uncaria breeding, it is necessary to understand the hooks developmental mechanism. According to the previous researches, there may be a close relationship between hook and inflorescence, both of which originate from axillary buds. To study the morphogenesis of hook, gene expression data of two different developmental stages were obtained by transcriptome sequencing. Meanwhile, the transcriptomes of two different inflorescence developmental stages served as comparison.
