The data on mutations and related data have been extracted from published literature and preprints, including drug/antibodies/vaccines, immune escape, clinical information, human diseases and the effects of mutations on virus function. AVM offers a list of mutations that have been experimentally verified to be associated with transmissibility and pathogenicity of the virus. The AVM resource provides a user friendly and searchable interface to query and understand the mutation and their functional annotations in detail.
