A single-stranded DNA (ssDNA) preparation and sequencing method was employed to simultaneously capture both single- and double-stranded DNA fragments. This approach generaterd plasma cell-free DNA (cfDNA) whole-genome sequencing (WGS) data for 34 healthy individuals (17 males and 17 females). This dataset enables the investigation of cfDNA strand specificity--a novel feature in cfDNA fragmentomics.
