In this study, we used snRNASeq to identify midbrain DA neuron subtypes in a LRRK2 model of PD, as well as explore subtype-specific alterations to gene expression. Four samples from a total of n=8 DAT-Cre mice with a nuclear GFP reporter and either WT (n=4) or heterozygous G2019S mutant (n=4) alleles for the gene Lrrk2. Samples contain tissue from midbrains after isolation of DAT+ nuclei via microfluidic sorting for GFP.
