Transcriptome study of sweet potatoes infected with Sweet potato pakakuy virus (SPPV) and Sweet potato chlorotic stunt virus (SPCSV) to determine the molecular basis of resistance or susceptibility to the dual viral infection. This research will be critical in determining the mode of resistance to virus co-infection and putative disease resistance genes that could be used to breed virus-resistant sweet potatoes.
