MSC-5 Submission + Open-Plan Amendment Record · OHV-Tomography 2-Chip Test on IBM Heron r2 (kingston + marrakesh, post-submission v2)

v2 of the MSC-5 submission package (concept DOI 10.5281/zenodo.20108875). v1 (DOI 10.5281/zenodo.20108876) was the pre-registration; this v2 records the actual chip submission state. Changes from v1: (1) MSC5-AMENDMENT-OPENPLAN-2026-05-10.md added, documenting the forced switch from Session API to single-job multi-PUB mode (open-plan does not authorize Session execution; HTTP 400 error 1352 received). (2) msc5_submit.py patched to fall back to Sampler(mode=backend) on Session-rejection. (3) MSC5-PREREG-2026-05-10.md annotated locally with the v1 DOI for forward-reference; pre-registered predictions, decision rules, falsification commitment, and master seed (0x6909) UNCHANGED. (4) MSC5-MANIFEST-2026-05-10.md updated with v1.1 amendment note. (5) Added pre-flight transpiled-OHV verification JSONs (4/4 PASS on both kingston [31,32,33,34] and marrakesh [48,49,50,51], zero SWAPs inserted by SABRE). (6) Added submission manifests with locked job IDs: kingston d80661kinasc738uq78g, marrakesh d806644inasc738uq7cg (MSC-5), kingston d8066v4inasc738uq8g0 (MSC-5b primary). All 3 jobs RUNNING on live quantum hardware at submission time. Latin-square ordering, Pauli twirling, XY4 DD all preserved per v1 pre-reg. v3 (forthcoming) will lock results JSONs + analysis output. Sixth-retraction commitment binding.
