We present a dataset quantifying hemolysis, lipemia, and icterus (HIL) interferences across a range of immunoassays, including multiplex cytokine assays. The collection comprises analytical measurements from electrochemiluminescence and flow fluorescent platforms, contrasting autologous and endogenous samples with conventional commercial exogenous interference models. This study compiled the measured concentrations of biomarkers such as interleukins, NSE, folate, insulin, ProGRP, calcitonin, osteocalcin, and total P1NP in samples with varying degrees of interference, thereby highlighting significant analytical discrepancies between artificially simulated and genuine clinical samples, particularly in lipemic samples.Because this dataset captures the impact of both endogenous and exogenous interferences, it is highly suitable for clinical chemistry studies assessing the limitations of exogenous methods. In addition to the raw comparative data, we provide derived reference charts and correction formulas for hemolysis-sensitive analytes. Ultimately, these resources extend the dataset's utility, offering practical tools for clinical laboratories to refine interference validation protocols and minimize unnecessary sample rejections.
