Data for: Beyond MeSH: Fine-Grained Semantic Indexing of Biomedical Literature based on Weak Supervision

Data for training and testing classification models for fine-grained semantic indexing for Alzheimer's Disease (AD) and Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy (DMD). The Data.zip file includes the initial CSV files to develop and assess predictive models for both use cases.
