CRISPR-Dx assays and environmental DNA to monitor amphibians

# General description This data set was created for the case study on CRISPR-Dx assays to monitor amphibians with eDNA (in the Canton of Aargau, Switzerland). It encompasses a the environmental DNA (eDNA) sampling metadata, the average CRISPR-Dx assay readout per extract, the summarized traditional monitoring data and the permits received for sampling and data usage. **Corresponding author**: Flurin Leugger ([e-mail]) # Description of the zip folders - **CRISRP_5km**: CRISPR-Dx fluorescence readout and summary per extract and eDNA metadata. The coordinates are provided at 5km resolution (randomly sampled points within 5km buffer around precise location) to meet the agreement with Canton of Aargau. - **traditional_monitoring**: Summarized traditional monitoring data per location, provided by Canton of Aargau - **CRISPR**: CRISPR-Dx fluorescence readout and summary per extract and eDNA metadata. This folder contains the exact sampling coordinates and thus cannot be shared publicly to meet the agreement with Canton of Aargau. It can only be shared upon reasonable request. - The permits are provided on request by the authors and are not made available publicly together with the data.
