Data for "Observation of disorder-free localization using a (2+1)D lattice gauge theory on a quantum processor"

This dataset contains the experimental data for arXiv:2410.06557, as well as two notebooks showing how to read the data files and reproduce figures from the paper. `1D` contains the data to reproduce Figure 1 and associated SM figures. `2D` contains the data to reproduce Figure 3 and associated SM figures. `Entropy` contains the data to reproduce Figure 4 and associated SM figures. The `data.json` files in `1D` and `2D` contain dictionaries where the keys indicate the initial state, the observable, the degree of error mitigation. names ending in `_raw` indicate no error mitigation. names ending in `_rescaled` indicate all of: (1) readout mitigated, (2) postselected for the single-sector initial state, and (3) rescaled, where the rescaling factor is determined by the exponential fit to the `zero_trotter` data that is obtained from setting the Trotter step size to zero (see Fig S2 and the code in the notebook to reproduce it). names ending in neither have error mitigaiton techniques (1) and (2) applied but not (3). Arrays are indexed as `[time_idx, value_or_uncertainty_idx, site_idx]`. For the 1D ring, the sites are indexed according to their order in the ring. For the 2D grid, the sites are indexed according to the order given in `qubit_order.json`.
