To investigate the relationship between key beta-cell transcription factors Hnf4a and Foxo1. Overall design: We performed RNAseq in FAC-sorted primary mouse beta cells from male mice. There are total of 4 genotypes: wild type (WT), Foxo1 knockout (IKO), Hnf4a knockout (HKO), and Foxo1 and Hnf4a double knockout (DKO).
