Digital representation of the Willamette River Greenway boundary within the Eugene urban growth boundary, as delineated on aerial maps adopted on November 22, 1976 by Eugene City Council Resolution No. 2592, and later approved by the Land Conservation and Development Commission (LCDC) (Oregon Administration Rule 660-020-0060). Eugene Code 9.8805 states that "Willamette Greenway permit applications are required for intensification of uses, changes in use, or developments within the boundaries of the Willamette River Greenway according to Resolution No. 2592."
