Duck, NC bottom pressure data Aug 2022 - April 2023

Pressure measurements were collected at the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Engineer Research and Development Center Field Research Facility (FRF) in Duck, North Carolina, using bottom-mounted instruments at depths of 6, 8, and 11 m. Nortek AWAC profilers deployed at 6 and 11 m sampled at 2 Hz from August 1, 2022, to February 28, 2023, and from September 6, 2022, to March 1, 2023, respectively. A Senso-Metric SP973(C) pressure transducer deployed at 8 m as part of a directional wave array also sampled at 2 Hz from August 2022 to February 2023. Local instrument coordinates (m) are: P6 (x,y)=(606.3, 937.5), P8 (x,y)=(914.4, 825.4), and P11 (x,y)=(1302.7, 933.0). Data are provided in MATLAB format as cell arrays (p6, p8, p11) containing pressure time series, associated sample interval (dt), local coordinates (x,y), and cell start times in MATLAB datetime format.
