Extracted Data - Neuroinflammation and crossing the blood-brain barrier

Raw data regarding control and intervention with linoleic acid isomers and NSAIDs <em>in vitro</em> and <em>in vivo</em> models of neuroinflammation and clinical trials from articles included in the systematic review; Raw data and logBB calculated from the raw data to evaluate the blood-brain barrier crossing potential of linoleic acid isomers and NSAIDs <em>in vivo</em> experimental animal models from articles included in the systematic review.本数据集包含两类数据：其一为系统综述（systematic review）纳入文献中，针对神经炎症（neuroinflammation）的体外（in vitro）与体内（in vivo）模型及临床试验，涉及亚油酸异构体（linoleic acid isomers）与非甾体抗炎药（Nonsteroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drugs，简称NSAIDs）的对照与干预相关原始数据；其二为从上述原始数据中计算得到的logBB值，用于评估亚油酸异构体与非甾体抗炎药在系统综述纳入文献的体内实验动物模型中的血脑屏障（Blood-Brain Barrier，BBB）穿透潜力。
