Global Treaty on Entrepreneurial Innovation, Equity & Sustainability (GEIE Treaty)

This document presents the Global Entrepreneurial Innovation & Equity Treaty (GEIE Treaty – 2045), an independent scholarly proposal for a future-oriented international legal framework. The Treaty envisions a Dharma- and Ṛta-inspired global covenant that integrates equity, innovation, sustainability, and intergenerational justice into the foundations of global governance. It establishes mechanisms such as the Global Innovation Authority (GIA) and the Global Equity Tribunal (GET) to regulate fair innovation, safeguard indigenous knowledge, ensure equitable technology transfer, and uphold ethical governance of emerging technologies including AI and biotechnology. As a pioneering concept, the GEIE Treaty advances the idea that entrepreneurship and innovation are universal rights and must serve humanity beyond profit. It emphasizes sovereignty with responsibility, transparent funding allocation, environmental safeguards, gender and youth inclusion, and restorative justice. Designed for academic debate and policy discourse, this work does not represent an existing treaty but a visionary framework for equitable and sustainable global cooperation in the mid-21st century.
