<b>Pig Structural Variants Reference Panel (PSVRP): a genomic resource for structural variant analysis of complex traits in pigs</b>

PSVRP provides a high-resolution, population-scale porcine SV genotyping resource that combines the accuracy of short-read sequencing and the sensitivity of long-read sequencing. This work deepens our understanding of genetic variation and offers novel insights for precision pig breeding.
