10x single cell RNA sequencing of intratumoral OTI T cells with Snx9 KO vs intergenic controls

10x 3' scRNA-seq analysis of intratumoral OTIs 13 days post adoptive transfer into C57BL/6 mice harboring a subcutaneous MC38-OVA tumor.
