Co-Option Threat Model — APEX

This document defines the Apex Co-Option Threat Model for the Commons Initiative. It identifies adversarial actors, structural capture vectors, misuse pathways, and systemic failure modes, and specifies non-reactive design constraints that render the Commons metabolically incompatible with extractive systems. This is not a security model in the conventional sense.It is a governance-level immune system.
