Relative Contributions of Dissolved Organic Matter and Microbial Factors to Nitrous Oxide Emissions under Coastal Wetland Transformation Driven by Spartina alterniflora Invasion and Aquacultural Reclamation

The dataset contains three sheets, which include raw data on in-situ N₂O emissions, anaerobic incubation results, and the corresponding measurements of nitrogen-cycle-related functional gene abundances, sediment physicochemical properties, and dissolved organic matter (DOM) characteristics from tidal wetlands in Xiamen Bay. The data were collected during field campaigns conducted between 2022 and 2023.
