Data and analysis code for a systematic review and meta-analysis of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation for chronic non-specific low back pain

This dataset accompanies a systematic review and meta-analysis of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) for chronic non-specific low back pain. The repository contains study-level extracted data, an audit trail of data transformations, numerical inputs for the three sham-controlled randomised controlled trials included in the final quantitative synthesis, and R code supporting the pain and exploratory disability meta-analyses and sensitivity analyses. The extraction workbook also documents study selection, clinical heterogeneity, study-level trustworthiness judgements, and summary risk-of-bias assessments. The review's evidence cut-off was 12 July 2026. No individual participant data were obtained or analysed.
