Introduction of bacterial inoculants in resident standardised soil NatComs

Investigation of the establishment rate of different inoculants upon introduction into resident standardised soil microbiomes -NatComs of differing state (actively growing or in steady-state). Furthermore, we're assessing the integration of toluene-degrading bacteria within NatComs exposed to toluene, aiming to understand how the inoculant-specific niche affects the growth of these inoculants.
