We studied how crosstalk with disseminated dormant breast cancer cells affects transcriptome of AT1-like cells and the requirement of EphB6 expression in the cancer cells for this genetic program Overall design: D2.0R-EGFP-shControl or D2.0R-EGFP-shEphB6 (1,8x105 cells/well) were plated on top of AT1-like cells (1,36x106 cells/sample) in MLNL medium (in 60 mm dish) for three days before separation by Fluorescence-Activated Cell Sorter (FACS) based on EGFP signal. EGFP- cells (AT1-like cells) were subjected to analysis.
