NRS-2773 | Summons case register [Bathurst Court of Petty Sessions]

For 1829-June 1830 the volume shows plaintiff, defendant, complaint, when returned and how disposed of. Subsequently plaintiff, defendant, complaint and when returnable only are included. Entries for July 1830-June 1832 also show when the plaint was issued. Entries from 1833 bear a running number. In the back of the volume there is a list of rewards granted for the apprehension of runaway convicts. This shows date, to whom the reward was granted with amount of reward, the name of the prisoner, and from July 1836 onwards, the ship of his arrival. (9/2640). 1 vol.
