资源简介:
The aim of this study was to evaluate the impact of chloramphenicol (CAP) contamination in freshwater on the model organism Daphnia magna.Specific life history parameters (growth rate, age and size at firs reproduction, neonate number per female), and host-associated microbiome of four D. magna clones (B, D, K, and P) were analyzed during a three-generation exposure to CAP at environmental concentrations (32 ng L−1). The deposited photos were used to assess the body size of the studied animals at different periods of their life, to analyze the juvenile growth rate and the size of the first reproduction. The reports included the dates of commencement of reproduction, the number of neonates born, and the weight of animals raised under various conditions (with and without medication).
