RNA-seq analysis was performed to compare gene expression between glioma cells treated with disulfiram and untreated glioma cells. Overall design: SF188 and GPC16 cells were treated with Disulfiram (SF188: 1 μM, GPC16: 0.32 μM) dissolved in DMSO in presence of 1 μM CuCl2. The same amount of DMSO (without drug) and CuCl2 was added to the control samples. After 16 h mRNA was isolated and analyzed.
