This database contains primary information related to the biological performance of Pacific oyster (Magallana gigas) cultivated in subtropical coastal lagoon systems of northwestern Mexico. The information was generated through systematic field monitoring conducted under real aquaculture production conditions, integrating biological records obtained during the cultivation process. The dataset includes variables associated with growth, survival, mortality, and productive performance of cultivated organisms, obtained through periodic sampling carried out in aquaculture production units. The database was developed as part of applied research and technological development activities aimed at evaluating and optimizing oyster cultivation as a productive diversification strategy for local fishing cooperatives in the region. The information may be useful for studies related to bivalve growth and biological performance, aquaculture management, productive dynamics, cultivation system monitoring, and applied aquaculture research in subtropical lagoon environments.
