Proteomics analysis of a menage a trois: Frankia alni, Alnus glutinosa, and Phytophthora alni.

The proteomes of the nitrogen-fixin bacterium Frankia alni, the tree Alnus glutinosa (Alder), and the oomycete plant pathogen Phytophthora alni were established by shotgun proteomics in specific conditions to assess Alnus glutinosa responsiveness to Phytophthora alni infection in presence of Frankia alni.
