Transcriptomic sequencing of mouse striatal precursor cells from HdhQ7, HdhQ111, and haloperidol-treated HdhQ111.

This dataset comprises two sets of transcriptomic data:(1) The Original Transcriptomic Data of Mouse Striatal Precursor Cell Lines HdhQ7 and HD Model Mouse Striatal Precursor Cell Lines HdhQ111 to Investigate the Differences in Gene Transcription between Normal and HD Striatal Cell Models.(2) Raw transcriptomic sequencing data were generated from mouse striatal precursor cell lines, including HdhQ7, HdhQ111 (a Huntington's disease model), and haloperidol-treated HdhQ111 cells. These data aim to investigate transcriptional differences between normal and HD striatal cell models and to evaluate whether haloperidol treatment can reverse disease-associated gene alterations.
