该数据资源为南通市生态环境局水环境监管工作中产生，汇总全市各地优Ⅲ断面比例达标情况数据，包括地区、省考以上断面断面总数、优Ⅲ类比例市级目标、优Ⅲ类断面数可用于水环境质量评估、水污染防治、跨区域协同治理

This dataset is generated from the water environment supervision work of the Nantong Municipal Bureau of Ecology and Environment. It compiles data on the compliance status of the proportion of Class Ⅲ or better water quality sections across all regions of the city, including regional names, total number of provincial-level assessed sections, municipal target for the proportion of Class Ⅲ or better sections, and the count of Class Ⅲ or better sections. This dataset can be used for water environment quality assessment, water pollution prevention and control, and cross-regional collaborative governance.
