Bacterial community in association with Silkworm Bombyx mori

The project aims to investigate the bacterial composition/community in the different strains (Bombyx mori) of native and hybrid at five locations in Thailand. Second is to investigate the dynamic changing of bacterial composition in treatment with probiotic supplementation in the silkworms (Bombyx mori). Third, we investigate the effect NPV-virus (nucleopolyhedrovirus) of the silkworms.
