LncRNAs expression profiles in renal tissues from patients with diabetic nephropathy

In order to more accurately and objectively clarify the biological role of lncRNAs in diabetic nephropathy, we detected their expression profiles in renal tissues from patients with diabetic nephropathy. Renal tissues from six patients were utilized for analysis. In detail, three were from patients with diabetic nephropathy while three were normal kidney tissues obtained from patients with renal tumor at the time of nephrectomy which were unaffected by tumor. All patients are diagnosed by renal pathological examination.
