Wheat production dataset for AI models.

The primary data source of this study is derived from the FAOSTAT database maintained by the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) (FAOSTAT, 2025). The dataset is open-source and has been systematically compiled and curated within the scope of this study to ensure its applicability. It encompasses global wheat cultivation area, production, import, and export statistics covering the period from 1990 to 2023.
