Raw ship-based Magnetometer Data from the East Pacific Rise Spreading Center acquired during the Marcus G. Langseth expedition MGL0808 (2008)

This data set was acquired with a ship-based Geometrics G-882 Magnetometer during Marcus G. Langseth expedition MGL0808 conducted in 2008 (Chief Scientist: Dr. Jeffrey McGuire). These data files are of Text File (ASCII) format and include Magnetic Field data that have not been processed. Data were acquired as part of the project(s): A Seafloor Geodesy Experiment at the Discovery Transform Fault and Oceanic Transform Faulting: Foreshocks, Seismic and Aseismic Slip on the Quebrada, Discovery and Gofar Transforms, and funding was provided by NSF grant(s): OCE02-42117 and OCE03-51143.
