Bayesian phylogeographical analyses of the world's language families

Contained in this repository are in- and output files for phylogeographical analyses of the world’s language families using BayesTraits. Tree topologies come from Glottolog and branch lengths are adapted from ASJP LDN measures. Full detail is provided in the file Pipeline.pdf at https://github.com/Sokiwi/SpreadRates. Here scripts are furthermore provided for replicating the analyses and parsing the output.
