Script and database

In this project, there are two files: 1)Prepare_data Maxent Andraca-Gómez et al., is the script used to perform the suitability analysis of <i>Cactoblastis cactorum,</i> using Maxent in R. The first part of the script is the correlation between the environmental variables and eliminates those that have correlation values greater than 0.8. Subsequently, the files are generated with the points used to create the suitability model in Maxent. Finally, the routine to run the Maxent suitability analysis in R. 2) Database_Arg, has the names and numbers of the collection points, a label for each individual, the coordinates of each individual, and ten nuclear microsatellite loci of the individuals of <i>Cactoblastis cactorum</i> collected in Argentina
