To evaluate the effect of decreased TAX1BP1 on transcriptomic profiles in monocytes and macrophages, RNA-Seq analysis was conducted using THP-1, TAX1BP1 knockdown THP-1, THP-1-differentiated M1 macrophage and TAX1BP1 knockdown THP-1-differentiated M1 macrophage. The difference of transcriptomebetween THP-1 and THP-1-differentiated M1 macrophage supports TAX1BP1 in different cell types plays distinct roles. And the results help us understand the role of TAX1BP1 in monocytes and macrophages.
