IUROPA CJEU Database Platform (version 2)

The IUROPA CJEU Database Platform provides research-ready data on the universe of cases, decisions, and judges at the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU), covering the Court of Justice, the General Court, and the Civil Service Tribunal from 1954 onward. Data are cross-referenced from the Registry, InfoCuria, and EUR-Lex. The Platform is developed by the IUROPA project (iuropa.org). This deposit archives version 2 of the Platform as released by the IUROPA project. The tables were built on 10 July 2024; the decisions table was last updated on 3 January 2025. Version 2 was superseded by version 3.0 in 2026 and is archived here so that research based on version 2 remains reproducible. The deposit contains the 32 release tables in CSV format (zip, build of 10 July 2024), the decisions table as updated on 3 January 2025 (standalone CSV, superseding the copy inside the zip and representing the final served state of version 2), and the version 2 codebook.
