This Zenodo deposit contains a publicly available description of the Dataset: Title: "Single Cell RNASeq of motor cortex in a mouse model of alpha-synuclein pathology". Description: This dataset was created with the goal of identifying transcriptomic changes associated with alpha-synuclein pathology in the alpha-synuclein fibril seeding mouse model. The dataset includes single cell RNA Sequencing data from motor cortex of mice injected with alpha-synuclein pre-formed fibrils ("PFF" group) or alpha-synuclein monomer as controls ("Control" group). The dataset includes subject cohorts with different levels of the following additional experimental factors: sex (male or female); brain hemisphere relative to the PFF injection site (ipsilateral or contralateral); time post-injection (1, 3, 6, or 9 months post-injection). This dataset is made available to researchers via the ASAP CRN Cloud: cloud.parkinsonsroadmap.org. Instructions for how to request access can be found in the User Manual. This research was funded by the Aligning Science Across Parkinson's Collaborative Research Network (ASAP CRN), through the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research (MJFF).
