FASTA File of 9 Primate Species, SIV-susceptible and SIV-resistant

FASTA file of the aligned nucleotide sequences of the CD4 receptor in 9 primate species from AliView. The nucelotide sequences are CDS sequences acquired from the Ensembl genome browswer and BLAST. The sequences were aligned with MUSCLE in AliView.This FASTA is the focal point of the project and was manipulated in multiple ways to show translated proteins, the D1 domain, or without stop codons, to fit the parameters of all analyses.
