PCR was performed with the following thermal conditions 60 s at 95 °C, 50 s at 94 °C, 30 s at 62 °C, 3 cycles /°C declining over a range at 1 °C intervals of 30 s, 72 s at 60 °C, 50 s at 95 °C, 30 s at 60 °C, 6 cycles /°C declining over a range at 0.5 °C intervals of 30 s, 50 s at 95 °C, 30 s at 56 °C, 30 cycles of 30 s and 60 s at 72 °C.
