Dataset for coupling EDS hypermaps and X-ray microtomography for advanced 3D microstructure characterization of cement paste

This dataset includes raw and processed data from the study of cement paste microstructure, including 16-bit TIFF files of the reconstructed µ-CT images, SEM-BSE images of the sample cross-section, and QEDS quantification data in CSV format for three regions of interest (ROIs). Additionally, it contains LAC (Linear Attenuation Coefficient) data corresponding to the microstructure phases presented in Fig. 4 of the related research paper (10.1016/j.cemconres.2025.108047).
