MYCER: Data and Code for a Hybrid-Weighted and Fragility-Damped National Energy Resilience Index
收藏资源简介:
This repository contains the data, code, documentation and reproducibility materials for the MYCER national energy resilience index. MYCER is a hybrid-weighted and fragility-damped framework for assessing national energy system resilience through core capacity, regional scaling, data completeness correction and non-compensatory structural vulnerability damping. The canonical specification is: MYCER_raw = Core × RSF × DCF × exp(−λV) where Core represents hybrid-weighted national energy resilience capacity, RSF is the Regional Scaling Factor, DCF is the Data Completeness Factor, and V is the normalized structural vulnerability term based on the interaction between income inequality and positive energy import-dependency exposure. The repository includes official baseline data, proxy-extended analytical data, source documentation, indicator dictionaries, AHP input/output files, computational scripts, MYCER score outputs, ablation/sensitivity materials, SHAP weighting safeguards and file hash manifests. The package supports reproducibility and transparency for the manuscript prepared for submission to Energy. The repository is intended for academic review, reproducibility checking and future extension of the MYCER framework. Proxy-extended outputs should be interpreted as analytical and diagnostic materials rather than definitive official country rankings.
