Protein NMR Data for "Chemoselective umpolung of thiols to episulfoniums for cysteine bioconjugation"

This entry includes all the protein NMR data used in the manuscript "Chemoselective umpolung of thiols to episulfoniums for cysteine bioconjugation" by Philipp Hartmann et al.. The data includes the raw and processed NMR data leading to the 1H, 13C and 15N chemical shift assignment for the Human Ubiquitin T12C “apo” and “tagged” with the azide linker. In addition, it contains the data used in the investigation of structural changes upon covalent binding of the azide tag at position C12, which involves the NOE cross-peak volume measurements and comparison in high-resolution 2D NOESY spectra (200ms) at 800 MHz.
