Dataset presenting the results of a survey about anisakids´ knowledge in Asturias (Spain) conducted on February 2021. Data are awareness of anisakids, knowledge about live anisakids´ presence in raw, half-cooked and ultrafrozen seafood and knowledge about treatments killing or eliminating anisakids (N = 149). This is an English version of the original questionnaire developed in Spain. This work was funded from the Government of the Principality of Asturias, Grant SV-PA-21-AYUD-2021-50967
