Glutamicibacter endophyticus strain:J2-5-19 Genome sequencing and assembly

Glutamicibacter endophyticus J2-5-19 was isolated from the rhizosphere soil of the halophyte Suaeda salsa in the Yellow River Delta region. This strain has demonstrated the ability to promote plant growth under salt stress conditions. To further explore its genetic characteristics and potential mechanisms, we conducted a complete genome sequencing of this strain.
