Dataset: Online Survey - Consumption of Animal-Based Dairy Products and Plant-Based Dairy Alternatives: An Analysis of Barriers and Drivers Informed by the Theory of Planned Behavior

This record shows the metadata on the research article "Consumption of Animal-Based Dairy Products and Plant-Based Dairy Alternatives: An Analysis of Barriers and Drivers Informed by the Theory of Planned Behavior" that is currently written as part of the CUES project. By means of an online survey, we collected data to investigate the psychological barriers and drivers associated with the consumption of animal-based dairy products (ABDPs) and plant-based dairy alternatives (PBDAs), including consumers’ willingness to reduce ABDP consumption and adopt PBDAs. The study aimed to deepen understanding of the psychological barriers and drivers underlying dietary transitions towards more sustainable and animal-friendly food systems across four European countries.
