Dataset for: An Integrated ocean circulation, wave, atmosphere and marine ecosystem prediction system for the South Atlantic Bight and Gulf of Mexico

An integrated operational nowcast/forecast modeling system covering the South Atlantic Bight and the Gulf of Mexico (SABGOM) provides nowcasts and 84 hour forecasts of marine weather, ocean waves and circulation using the Weather Research and Forecasting Model (WRF), the Simulating Waves Nearshore (SWAN) wave forecasting model and the Regional Ocean Model System (ROMS). This dataset contains the setup files for WRF, SWAN and ROMS. The associated journal article describes the publicly-available forcing fields and the model output for this operational system.
