The Cymbidium ensifolium color

Cymbidium ensifolium is one of the national orchid varieties, which has changeable flower colors and excellent ornamental value. Although research has been carried out on different orchids on their flower color formation, the regulation mechanism of different flower colors of C. ensifolium is unknown. To understand the mechanism of different flower color formation, this research conducted transcriptome and metabolome analyses on four different colored C. ensifolium varieties.
